Child Rights Awareness Concert at Yale University

Distressed Children & Infants (DCI) International is hosting “A Celebration of Child Rights“, a concert in commemoration of Child Rights Week. The concert will take place on October 27, 2007, 6:00-8:00 PM, at Harkness Auditorium, Yale University School of Medicine, 333 Cedar Street, New Haven, CT 06510. With performances by the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet, violinist Alex Weill and an ensemble from Yale School of Music, classical Indian dancer Arundhati Ray, Cheshire’s Highland Elementary and Dodd Middle School orchestras, the Cheshire Not-Just-Fiddle Club and Primera Strings of Dodd Middle School, this event is sure to entertain all. Please join us for an evening of music and dance in support and recognition of Child Rights and help alleviate child labor, hunger and poverty around the world. Admission is free.
