Acceptance of Terms of Service

Hello and welcome to the Distressed Children and Infants International (DCI) Website (the “Website”)! The Website’s purpose is to provide information to users about DCI and opportunities for users to help the organization in its endeavors. The terms “us”, “we”, “our”, and “DCI” all refer to Distressed Children and Infants International, a non-profit organization under section (501)(c)(3) of the U.S Internal Revenue Code with an office in Bangladesh and headquarters in Connecticut.

The services offered by DCI on the Website include donating to the organization through the sponsorship of a DCI event or participation in a specific program offered by DCI (Sun Child Sponsorship, Zakat Fund, etc.), tracking of user activities regarding such donations, and other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by DCI in connection with our work (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or using the Website in any way, you consent to: (a) the Website’s terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), and (b) DCI’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree to either of these, please discontinue your usage of the Website immediately and do not use it in the future. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

The Internet and technology are changing actively and rapidly. Therefore, DCI may modify these Terms and Conditions accordingly; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue, permanently or ephemerally, the Website or any of its Services with or without notice, with no liability to you. Liquidated Damages
